Mr. Moore will review the procedure for <br />petitioning the city for water and sewer, and was requested to submit an overall <br />plan for his proposed development. <br />MR TOURIST CAMP - SPECIAL USE PERMIT <br />Motion made by McAllister, seconded by Hanson, to recommend denial of the appli- <br />cation from Mr. Rameden, MR Tourist Camp. Let the record show the applicant or <br />his representative's presence has been requested on several occasions. The <br />applicant was notified, in writing, to provide names of property owners and proof <br />of ownership for the parcels involved, The applicant failed to do so and failed <br />to attend the required meetings. They were notified, in writing, on August 28, <br />1980, that they were given their last recess and that action would taken on the <br />application on this date. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />The Planning Commission suggests that the city make sure all unauthorized trailers <br />be removed. <br />Motion made by Hanson, seconded by Peloquin, to adjourn at 10:15 PM. <br />All aye.
