MINUTES OF THE PROCEEDINGS <br />OF THE <br />HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION <br />January 14, 1981 <br />The meeting was called to order by Chairwoman Peltier at 8:02 PM. <br />PRSENT: Hanson, Greger, Lorch, Peliter <br />ABSENT: Peloquin <br />M=otion made by Peltier, seconded by Greger, to approve the minutes of the <br />meeting of December 10, 1980, after the following correction has been <br />made: <br />Page 2 (last paragraph) Bill Hanson made motion, not Greger <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />RICHARD 1iAIL - SUBDIVISION <br />The public hearing of May 14, 1980 was reconvened at 8:04 PM. The Planning <br />Commission reviewed all reports submitted regarding this application, and <br />reviewed the revised plan. The cul-de-sac has been revised to 580', and the <br />access was changed according to Washington County's specifications. <br />(PELOQUIN ARRIVED AT 8:07 PM). Permits from Rice Creek Watershed cannot <br />be optained until the city determines how many lots will be allowed. They <br />may or may not require a ponding area. Variances will be required for <br />Lots 1 and 2, as the plan now stands, for lot depth. Lots 3 and 4 are <br />questionable as to the requirement for lot width at building setback line. <br />Peloquin did not favor the dimensions of Lot 14 on the revised plan. <br />Motion made by Peltier, seconded by Peloquin, to continue the public hearing <br />on January 28, 1981, at 9:00 PM. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />Peltier and Peloquin withdrew their motion. <br />Resident, Joe Monno, stated that he agreed with the decision to recess the <br />public hearing until January 28th for further review of -the application. <br />i <br />9 i',; <br />I -lotion made by Peltier, seconded by-Peloquin, to r cess�the Richard Vail <br />public hearing until January 28, 1981, at 9:00 PM. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />JEFF BARBOUR - REZONING <br />Mr. Barbour had previously had 20 acres rezoned from Ag to RRII. Because his <br />Special Use Permit states t hat no training or shooting should take place within <br />200' of any other property line, Mr. Barbour is requesting that Parcel C be <br />increased from 5 acres to 7.9 acres. Peloquin was concerned with the 200' <br />
