In order to accomplish a new rezoning, the entire land that was rezoned will have to go back to its original zone (RRII back to AG). The new rezoning request will state the legal description with the desired change. Peloquin made motion, seconded by Greger, to set a public hearing for February 11, 1981, at 7:30 PM, for the purpose of consideration of the request of Jeffrey Barbour to rezone property from RRII to Ag and a public hearing at 7:45 PM, for the purpose of rezoning the property back to the RRII zone. All aye. Motion Carried. FRED MACALUS - SITE PLAN APPROVAL Mr. Macalus was present, and seeking Site Plan Approval for the 32 x 6.4 pole barn that has already been consructed on his property. Mr. Macalus stated that he was unaware that he was resonsible for the Building Permit. He con- tracted with McCarron's and assumed they would obtain the permit prior to any construction. The house and barn are located on 40 acres, and meet all the setback requirements. The Building Inspector had contacted McCarron's, and they stated that Macalus was responsible for obtaining the permit.. hfotion made by Peloquin, seconded by Lorch, to recommend approval of the Site Plan for Fred Macalus, for the construction of a 32 x 64 pole barn to be used for his personal storage. All aye. Motion Carried. It was tho, fAeling of the Planning Commission that if McCarron's was not going to 'bear the punishment of a double Building Permit fee, a single f'ee would be sufficient from the resident. MISCELLANEOUS Motion made by Peloquin, seconded by Peltier, to appoint Bill Greger as tem- porary Acting Chairperson, until such time as the Commission is reorganized. All aye. Motion Carried. Motion made by Peliter, seconded by Lorch, to recommend approval of the Ccxn- prehensive Plan for Columbus Township, as submitted. All aye. Motion Carried. Motion made by Hanson, seconded by Greger, to recommend approval of the Con,- prehensive Plan for White Bear Township, as submitted. All aye. Motion Carried. Motion made by Peltier, seconded by Lorch, to set a Special Meeting of the Planning Commission for January 22, 1981, at 6:30 PM, for purpose of review of the Richard Vail subdivision. All aye. Motion Carried.
