Hugo Planning Commission <br />April 8, 1981 <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />Motion made by Peloquin, seconded by Peltier, to recommend approval of the Land <br />Division of Jeffrey Barbour, to sell 15 acres to Wally Otto as outlined on the <br />submitted Certificate of Survey, with the understanding that Jeffrey Barbour is <br />to provide proof of ownership by the April 20th meeting of the City Council. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />WALLY OTTO - SPECIAL USE PERMIT <br />Mr. Otto is now making application to construct a 45 x 108 pole barn to be used <br />for agricultural storage. The Special Use Permit is required because the existing <br />buildings located on the property far exceeds the accumulative square footage <br />requirement. <br />Motion made by Peloquin, seconded by Peltier, to recommend approval of the Special <br />Use Permit for Wally Otto, to construct a 45 x 108 pole barn with the following <br />conditions: <br />1. ;!r. Otto make financial adjustment for permit fee ($10.00 paid for Site Plan <br />application - balance of $25.00 due). <br />2. Proof of ownership to be provided prior to City Council meeting of April 20th. <br />3. The Site Plan previously submitted will be used as part of the application for <br />a Special Use Permit. <br />4. Mr. Otto agree to combine both parcels (15A & 5A) under this Special Use Permit. <br />5. The proposed pole barn to be used for agriculture equipment and products only. <br />VOTING FOR: Peloquin, Greger, Lorch, Knuteson, Fashingbauer, Peltier <br />VOTING AGAINST: Hanson (excessive size of building) <br />MOTION CARRIED <br />Motion made by Peloquin, seconded by Peltier, to adjourn at 10:55 PM. <br />All aye.
