MINUTES OF THE PROCEEDINGS <br />OF THE <br />HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION <br />April 22, 1981 <br />The meeting was called to order by Chairwoman..Theodora Peltier at 8:07 PM. <br />PRESENT: Peloquin, Hanson, Fashingbauer, Lorch, Knuteson, Peltier <br />ABSENT: Greger <br />Motion made by Lorch, seconded by Peloquin, to approve the minutes of April 8, <br />1981, after the following correction has been made: <br />Page 2 (Vail) comment listed as No. 1 should read: The density of lots. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />WILLIAM CARLSON - SITE PLAN APPROVAL <br />Mr. Carlson, 13531 Homestead Avenue, owns 10 acres in the RRII zone, and would <br />like to construct a 26 x 48 accessory building for personal storage. The pro- <br />posed building meets the minimum square footage for the zone, and all the set- <br />back requirements. <br />Motion made by Hanson, seconded by Lorch, to recommend approval of the Site Plan <br />for William Carlson, 13531 -Homestead Avenue, to construct a 26 x 48 garage and <br />storage barn for personal use only.- <br />All <br />nly:All aye. Motion Carried. <br />LEONARD NOACK - RENEW OF JUNKYARD LICENSE <br />Vern Peloquin stated that it was his opinion that Mr. Noack should be required to <br />screen the south property line of the junkyard. Mr. Noack had been requested to <br />appear at the meeting, but failed to do so. Mayor LaValle was present, and stated <br />that the chainlink fence along the south property line was not constructed strong <br />enough to accommodate slats as requested previously. <br />Motion made by Hanson, seconded by Fashingbauer, to table the application until <br />meeting of May 13, 1981, and a letter be sent to Mr. Noack advising him that <br />action will be taken at that time, and his presence is requested to answer questions <br />regarding the screening on south property line. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />JEFF ADERMAN - SPECIAL USE PERMIT <br />Mr. Aderman, 14739 Fitzgerald Avenue, would like to construct a 22 x 32 addition <br />to his existing -garage. The new structure will be constructed to match the exist- <br />ing garage. Letters from property owners to the east and south of Mr. Aderman <br />were presented, stating that they have no objection to the construction of the <br />addition. The addition exceeds the accumulative footage allowed in the SFU zone, <br />
