Did not feel Phat the objections
submitted by the adjoining neighbors were valid and would9co6nstitute any pro-
blems at the proposed location.
Greger again stated that he had not inspected the site and would like to.
VOTING FOR: Peloquin, Fashingbauer, Knuteson, Peliter
VOTING ACUNST: Greger
Motion Carried.
Motion made by Fashingbauer, seconded by Pelouqin, to recommend approval of the
Site Plan for Jerry Land to construct a 32 x 40 pole barn for his personal use
only, on property located at 6995 170th Street.
VOTING FOR: Peloquin, Fashingbauer, Knuteson, Peliter
VOTING AGAINST: Greger
Motion Carried.
DENNIS SCHULTZ - VARIANCE AND SITE PLAN APPROVAL
Mr. Schultz, 13101 Henna Avenue, is proposing the construction of a 32 x 56 pole
barn in the AG zone. He is requesting the construction at a setback of 11 feet
rather than the required 201. Excavation has already been done and trees planted
on the site. A change in location would require further landscaping._and removal
of some of the trees. A letter was submitted from the effected property owner,
Mr. Wayne Ropt, stating that he has no objection to the construction of the
building 11 feet from the lot line.
Motion made by Peloquin, seconded by Greger, to recommend approval of the Variance
request of Dennis Schultz to construct a 32 x 56 pole barn at a side yard setback
of 11 feet rather than the required 20 feet. Reason being it would cause exten-
sive expense and undue hardship to relocate the building.
All aye. Motion Carried.
The Planning Commission had previously recommended approval of the Site Plan at
their meeting of July 8, 1981.
Motion made by Knuteson, seconded by Peloquin, to adjourn at 10:03 PM.
All aye.
