Hugo Planning Commission `
July 22, 1981 "
Realtv World - cont.
that he would like to see the land developed by blocks, as in an Industrial
Park. Mr. Sederholm said he was trying to find a piece of land where the pro-
posed use could be allowed. It was suggested that they rezone the property,
because the type of use was not allowed in RB.
It was noted that Robert McCullough, property owner to the north, had granted a
50' easement for possible construction of a frontage road. Sederholm felt that
if the buildings were set far enough back that possibility would be available.
Motion made by Peltier, seconded by Fashingbauer, to recommend approval of the
request of Realty Work North, to rezone approximately 6.24 acres from the RB
district to the INDUSTRIAL district, subject to applicant submitting adequate
proof -of -ownership. Consideration should be given to the granting of a 50,
easement for future frontage road purposes.
VOTING FOR: Fashingbauer, Knuteson, Peltier
VOTING AGAINST: Gregor
ABSTAINED: Peloquin
Motion Carried.
SHIRLEY NELSON HILL - SPECIAL USE PERMIT
No show.
EVELYN REGNIER - SITE PLAN APPROVAL
Mrs. Regnier was present, and is proposing the construction of a 24 x 40 wood
frame building to be used for agricultural storage. Letters of
objection were received from Mrs. Bonnie Hanggi and Mrs. Edward Ridler stating
that their views will be blocked and the devaluation of their property.
