Hugo Planning Commission <br />April 14, 1982 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />HUSNIK INDUSTRIAL PARK <br />MOTION: Jacobson made motion, seconded by Fashingbauer, that the secretary send <br />a letter to Rice Creek Watershed requesting they have a representative <br />present at the Planning Commission meeting of April 28th to discuss the <br />following: <br />1. Maintenance of the easement. <br />2. Depth of ditch. <br />3. Close proximity of pond to residential area. <br />4. Who would be responsible (liable) for pond in case of accident. <br />5. Who would be responsible to bring pond back to grade if no longer <br />required (storm sewer). <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />If someone cannot be present for the meeting of 28th, Rice Creek to be requested <br />to have a representative present at the Council meeting of May 3rd. <br />The Commission then reviewed Attorney Johnson's letter regarding the subdivision. <br />Mr. Husnik stated that he will make the driveway on Lot 2 and will be shown on <br />final plat. There was discussion regarding the existing buildings and Francesca <br />Avenue. Husnik stated that Francesca Avenue was deeded and accepted by the City <br />in 1976. <br />Motion made by Greger, seconded by Peltier, that in view of the fact that the <br />lot size requirements were altered at the time of installation of Francesca <br />Avenue North, and not by the platting of this property, that variances not be <br />required by the applicant. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />Hus nik stated that the utility easements are not indicated on the preliminary plan, <br />but wouldVincluded on the final plat. <br />Motion made by Peltier, seconded by Lorch, to table the Husnik Industrial Park <br />subdivision request until the Planning Commission meeting of April 28, 1982. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />IMPERIAL TOOL - DISCUSSION ON SITE PLAN APPROVAL <br />Jim Olson stated that he would like to construct a 15, 000 sq ft masonry building <br />on the 5 acres he recently purchased from John Kostuch. He was provided with the <br />necessary checklist and application, and will contact City Hall when he is ready <br />to appear before the Planning Commission. <br />REGAL PLASTIC - DISCUSSION ON ADDITION TO EXISTING BUILDING <br />Dick Olson would like to construct a 52 x 60 addition to his existing building <br />located in the Peloquin Industrial Park. Mr. Olson was provided with the necessary <br />checklist and application for Site Plan Approval. Jim and Dick Olson are in the <br />process of obtaining permits from the Rice Creek Watershed. <br />
