Planning Commission Minutes - May 25, 1983 <br />Shackle - Stewart cont. <br />2. A City opinion considering at what point (how many homes) the drive- <br />way is no longer acceptable and must by replaced with a street of <br />City standards. <br />3. Users of the private driveway must have a tentative written plan, <br />which can become a binding agreement, indicating standards for <br />maintenance and each users obligation to maintain those standards. <br />4. Opinion of the City attorney of the affect that allowing Shackle - <br />Stewart and on-site septic system and use of the private driveway, <br />contrary to the Hugo and Charpentier agreement, will have on that <br />agreement and what rights would then revert to Charpentiers for fur- <br />ther development of their property. <br />5. Shackle -Stewarts need plan for and on-site septic system blessed by <br />the City engineer. <br />6. A second percolation test by a certified engineer must by obtained. <br />7. A determination of an amount of a bond required of Shackle -Stewart <br />to insure proper performance of an on-site septic system. <br />8. Some indication of cost per property owner to extend sewer service <br />to Shackle -Stewart property. <br />All aye. Motion carried. <br />Ken Lorch will attend the June 6th City Council meeting for discussion of <br />the Shackle -Stewart matter. <br />The commission was asked to consider a letter of recommendation supporting <br />Mary Hauser for an appointment to the Metro Council. They declined to <br />do so for lack of knowledge of the candidate. <br />Motion made by Atkinson, seconded by Schoeller to adjourn at 10:50 PM. <br />REMINDER: Anyone wishing to make further comments on the Shackle -Stewart <br />matter is requested to attend the Council meeting at 7:00 on <br />June 6. <br />Carole LaBelle, Secretary <br />Hugo Planning Commission <br />
