Hugo Planning Commission <br />August 10, 1983 page 2 <br />Jer-Keen Cont. <br />Potion made by Atkinson, seconded by Lorch to forward the re- <br />zoning to the City Council and suggest it be included in a new <br />district. <br />AYE: Fashingbauer, Schoeller, Lorch, Atkinson. NAY: Potts. <br />TvTotion carried. <br />David Mattson - Site Plan Approval <br />P1r. TTattson would like construct a pole building on his lot <br />before he begins c-anstruction of his house. <br />Motion made by Lorch, seconded by Fashingbauer to recommend <br />approval of the Site Plan contingent on Mr. Tattson obtaining <br />a building permit before beginning construction of the pole bldg. <br />All aye. Totion carried. <br />Robert Ricci - Rezone and Special Use Permit <br />Tarr. Ricci would like to move in two buildings (Queens Inn) to <br />be used as apartments. One would include six, two bedroom units <br />and four, one bedroom units. to be located on the vacant lot <br />next to the Convenience Center. It is presently zoned CB and <br />would like rezoned to SFU. A public hearing has been scheduled <br />for September 14, 1983 at 7:30 PM. <br />17otion made by Fashingbauer, seconded by Atkinson to adjourn <br />at 9;46 PT% <br />All aye.
