Lighting - applicant will submit a plan to include a <br />minimum of 5 additional lights in the expansion. <br />7. The commission approved the site plan for 28 units as <br />submitted dated 8-8-83. <br />It was noted that the existing roads are adequate for access and <br />that emergency exits could be through Francesca, west of the school. <br />14otion made by Atkinson, seconded by Fashingbauer to recommend <br />approval of the Amended Special Use Permit for the Twin Pine Mobile <br />Home Park pending consideration of seven points herein stated. <br />Aye: Harr on, Olson, Fashingbauer, Atkinsoa, Schoeller, Lorch <br />May: Potts Motion carried. <br />Dick Houde attended and provided information on grant and loan <br />Programs which the City may take advantage of.
