Motion carried. <br />BALD EAGLE SPORTSAIaT ASSOCIATION — SPECIAL USE P,RI=:IT <br />Members McAllister, Peloquin, and Peltier reviewed the minutes of Oneka Township, <br />and were unable to find any mention of a shotgun club, bu: does refer to it as a <br />rifle range. Bald Eagle's attorney, Mr. Peters, provided the city with copies of <br />the association's Articles of Incorporation. They were unable to provide copy <br />of the original by—laws. Ehret stated that the Bald Eagle Sportsman Association <br />must get a Special Use Permit to continue in operation as per the zoning ordinance. <br />The club installed skeet houses in the summer of 1977. The trap houses were in <br />before 1970. <br />Gillen made motion, seconded by Peltier, that the request for a Special Use Permit <br />by the Bald :Eagle Sportsman Association be denied until new intensified mechanical <br />devices ars removed from the Bald Eagle facility. Devices installed this past <br />summer (1977). They include mechanical throwing devices of a more modern type <br />than previously authorized and that pertinent structures installed at the same <br />time also be remcired. <br />VOTING 1'OR: Peltier, Greger, Gillen, and McAllister <br />VOTING AGAINST: Peloquin and Ehret <br />ABSTAINED: Rosenquist <br />Motion Carried. <br />ORDINANCE ON MULTIPLE FAMILY DWELLINGS IN SFE ZONING DISTRICT <br />Peloquin made motion, seconded by Peltier, to set a date for a public hearing; <br />regarding multiple family dwellings in SFE zoning district for January 25, 1978, <br />Hugo City Hall, at 7:30 PM. <br />All ay -e. Mlot.ion Carried, <br />PROOF OF 0 ITE- RSHIP <br />Let the record show that the City Attorney was present at the Planning Commission <br />meeting. The subject of proof of ownership was brought up, and the City Attorney <br />stated that when he reviews proof of ownership, one of these four (4) x-rays is <br />acceptable: <br />1. Letter from abstractor or abstract company. <br />2. A letter from an attorney licensed in the State of Minnesota dating; back 6 months, <br />stating that he has examined the abstract.'-- V t& t- er-2� . 4 -Lu -4 <br />3.
