Show proof of ownership to City Council according to the esta— <br />blished precedence. <br />VOTING FOR: Peloquin, Peltier, McAllister, and Ehret <br />Motion carried. <br />Richard Busse — Continuation of Ingersoll Avenue thru his property <br />Mr. Busse prebented the Planning Commission an appraisal that he <br />had done on his property regarding the extension of Ingersoll. <br />Ehret suggested that the file be turned over to the City Council <br />for their review. The record is to show that Mr. Busse appeared <br />before the Planning Commission with an appraisal of his property <br />with the proposal that the City of Hugo purchase approximately <br />five acres, and we hereby refer the matter to the City Council <br />for any action they wish to take. <br />Shepherd of the Fields Church — cancelled <br />Motion made by Peloquin, seconded by Peltier, to table the matter <br />until October 12, 1977. Commission members to review and study. <br />Washington County Planning to submit a report relating to the <br />above for that meeting. <br />All aye. Motion carried. <br />Review draft on multiple family uses <br />McAllister made motion, seconded by Peltier, to table the review <br />of multiple family uses until October 12, 1977. <br />All aye. Motion carried. <br />Peloquin stated that he had spoken to George Indykiewicz, and he <br />would like an inspection of his pit by October 15, 1977 so the <br />Planning Commission can act on his permit October 26, 1977. City <br />Engineer Kuusisto is to go out and inspect and submit a report for <br />our files. <br />McAllister went on record stating that he feels the agendas have <br />been too full to address the problems that have come before the <br />Planning Commission, and recommends that the Chair give serious <br />consideration to call special meetings to address those problems. <br />
