Recommend additional $15,000.00 irrevocable letter of credit from <br />Richard Schuh to cover 152nd Street. Irrevocable letter of credit <br />to expire upon completion of Washington County Project 77-0-418. <br />B. Recommend approval of hauling of crushed rock for bituminous mix <br />in sufficient quantity to cover Project 77-0-418. <br />C. Approval of the bituminous mix plant subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1C. That the proposed bituminous mix plant conform to PCA requirements. <br />2C. That bituminous plant operator provide valid PCA number prior to <br />City Council meeting of September 6, 1977. <br />VOTING FOR: Ehret, Peloquin, Peltier, Greger, Rosenquist, and McAllister <br />Motion Carried. <br />Rosenquist made motion, seconded by Peloquin, that the Planning Commis- <br />sion request the City Council and City Attorney to review Item 2 of the <br />Mining Permit to see if it does or does not permit blacktop plant, or <br />if the city ordinances will allow it. Request the City Council to <br />approve the blacktop plant and negotiate conditions. The operator of <br />the blacktop plant is not the applicant, but in fact, will be Brainerd <br />Blacktopping Company. <br />VOTING FOR: Ehret, Peloquin, Peltier, Greger, Rosenquist, and McAllister <br />Motion Carried. <br />Motion made by Ehret, seconded by Peloquin, to schedule a public hearing <br />for September 28, 1977, at 7:30 PM, to amend the Mining Permit for <br />Richard Schuh to allow additional mining. <br />All aye. Motion carried. <br />Minutes of August 10. 197 <br />Motion made by Peloquin, seconded by Peltier, to approve the minutes <br />of August 10, 1977, after the following changes are made: <br />Page 1 line 4 - determine where they will be screening <br />Page 1 line 5 - screening will be compatible with Horton's yard <br />Page 1 line 13) - he will plant two rows of 5' pines <br />Page 1 last paragraph) - Schwab stated that there should be no change <br />in fencing <br />Page 2 line 2 - Mr. Noack to allow to expand <br />Page 2 line - No double decking <br />Page 2 Fulbright) - Fulbright was the owner of the land <br />Page 2 Granger) - Mr. Granger submitted an application of minor sub- <br />division in Lena Granger's name. <br />
