Hugo Planning Commission <br />July 27, 1977 <br />Page 5 of 5 <br />Motion made by Greger, seconded by McAllister, to add the Cyril <br />LaCasse variance request to the agenda. <br />All aye. Motion carried. <br />Noel Schearer represented LaCasse. Mr. LaCasse would like to divide <br />a 37 acre tract of land, zoned Conservancy, into two 18 acre parcels. <br />The perc tests, as requested by the Commission, were provided. Tom <br />Crever has already reviewed the perc test, and Bill Schwab stated <br />that they looked alright. <br />Motion made by Peloquin, seconded by Peltier, to recommend approval <br />of the Cyril LaCasse variance request for division of 37 acres into <br />two 18 acre (approximate) parcels zoned Conservancy, as he has <br />shown proof of two buildable sites as requested by the Planning <br />Commission on February 9, 1977. <br />VOTING FOR: Ehret, Peloquin, Peltier, and McAllister <br />ABSTAINED: Greger and Gillen <br />Motion carried. <br />Motion made by McAllister, seconded by Peloquin, to adjourn the <br />meeting at 11:35 P.M. <br />All aye.
