Secretary instructed to contact Mr. <br />Schuh regarding application and the updating of his bond. Tabled <br />until June 8, 1977. <br />Barton <br />City is bargaining with Barton for the purchase of the gravel. Matter <br />tabled until June 8, 1977, pending information from City Council. <br />LaValle Excavating <br />Gillen made motion, seconded by Peloquin, to recommend to the City <br />Council that the LaValle Mining Permit be extended to June 30, 19789 <br />subject to his slope dressing the unused portions of the pit, and <br />that he get some statement from Andrew Goiffon telling where it is <br />going to be mined. Land mined on the south side of 147th Street, <br />known as Andrew Goiffon farm. <br />VOTING FOR: Peltier, Peloquin, Greger, and McAllister <br />ABSTAINED: McAllister <br />Motion carried. <br />Peloquin made motion, seconded by Greger, to add Mr. Charles Mussehl <br />to the agenda. <br />All aye. Motion carried. <br />Mr. Mussehl would like to rent the old bank building, with an option, <br />to buy, for the purpose of starting a recreation center for children. <br />
