MINUTES OF THE PROCEEDINGS <br />OF THE <br />HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION <br />April 13, 1977 <br />The meeting was called to order at 8:03 P.M. by Chairman Larry Ehret. <br />PRESENT: Ehret, Peltier, Peloquin, Greger, Rosenquist, and McAllister <br />Larry Irsfeld, Hugo City Council, and Bill Schwab, Washington County <br />Planning, were also present. <br />ABSENT: Gillen <br />Motion made by Peltier, seconded by Greger, to approve the minutes <br />of March 23, 1977, after the following change is made: eliminate <br />the word "just" on page 3, paragraph 2. <br />All aye. Motion carried. <br />Jim Olson - Proposed Building Site <br />Mr. Olson presented his site plan after concurring with the Building <br />Inspector, Tom Crever. <br />McAllister made motion, seconded by Peltier, that Mr. Olson's site <br />plan be approved as submitted with the following conditions: <br />1. Drain field should be 20' from the building and 10' <br />from the south property line, <br />2. Parking area and access roads be covered with crushed <br />limestone until such time as the streets are blacktopped, and <br />3. Planning Commission feels that one well is adequate for <br />both sites. <br />VOTING FOR: Ehret, Peltier, Peloquin, Greger, Rosenquist,and McAllister <br />Motion carried. <br />Gerald Dabe - Land Purchase <br />Mr. Dabe is interested in purchasing 40 acres from Dennis Perreau. <br />Mr. Perreau presented an aerial map of the property in question. <br />They were interested in some advise as to the handling of the ease- <br />ment they will need to get to Dabe's property. Mr. Schwab suggested <br />that Mr. Perrea*tmaintain ownership of the private easement, and <br />write in the easement that Perreau would have to make the driveway <br />into a public road when Dabe's needs require it. Ehret stated that <br />whoever develops first would be responsible for the building of the <br />road. Ehret also stated that Mr. Perreau would have to make appli- <br />cation for a minor subdivision. He should include in this application <br />
