Mr. Schwab will assist Mr. Dabe in the wording of the easement. Cyril LaCasse - Variance Mr. LaCasse is requesting a variance to break a 37 acre tract of land into approximately 18 acres each. Mr. Peloquin stated that he could think of only one buildable site on the property. Rosenquist made motion, seconded by Peloquin, to instruct the secre- tary to write a letter to Mr. LaCasse, that it is the opinion of the Planning Commission that the request as submitted would be acceptable provided he can prove a buildable lot site on each of the parcels. He should put himself back on the agenda when he has the information. All aye. Motion carried. Delmer Strandberg - Rezoning The City Council instructed the Planning Commission to hold the necessary public hearing regarding this rezoning request. Motion made by Peloquin, seconded by Rosenquist, that the secretary send a letter to Mr. Strandberg explaining that before final action can be taken by the Planning Commission a public hearing has to be held regarding his rezoning request. In order to hold this public hearing, we must have the names and addresses of property owners within 300' of his total property. Mr. Strandberg to keep in mind the letter submitted on March 22, 1977, from the Washington County Planning Department. All aye. Motion carried. Joe Glamos - Peloquin Industrial Park Motion made by Peloquin, seconded by McAllister, that Mr. Glamos be recognized. All aye. Motion carried. Mr. Glamos presented his site for plan for Planning Commission appro- val. Mr. Glamos has earnest money down for the purchase of more land from Peloquin and Husnik. At this time, the surveyors are dis- puting the discrepancy of an angle. Mr. Schwab pointed out that there was no indication of a septic system, parking area, or access. Mr. Ehret suggested that Glamos get a site plan, and put himself on the next agenda, April 27, 1977. Mr. Glamos to identify the loca- tion of the building, and set backs, along with parking and the septic system.
