Hugo Planning Commission <br />April 13, 1977 <br />Page 2 of 4 <br />Gerald Dabe - cont. <br />Nproof of ownership, (2) show the position of the easement, and <br />proof of a buildable site (perc test). Mr. Schwab will assist <br />Mr. Dabe in the wording of the easement. <br />Cyril LaCasse - Variance <br />Mr. LaCasse is requesting a variance to break a 37 acre tract of <br />land into approximately 18 acres each. Mr. Peloquin stated that he <br />could think of only one buildable site on the property. <br />Rosenquist made motion, seconded by Peloquin, to instruct the secre- <br />tary to write a letter to Mr. LaCasse, that it is the opinion of <br />the Planning Commission that the request as submitted would be <br />acceptable provided he can prove a buildable lot site on each of <br />the parcels. He should put himself back on the agenda when he <br />has the information. <br />All aye. Motion carried. <br />Delmer Strandberg - Rezoning <br />The City Council instructed the Planning Commission to hold the <br />necessary public hearing regarding this rezoning request. <br />Motion made by Peloquin, seconded by Rosenquist, that the secretary <br />send a letter to Mr. Strandberg explaining that before final action <br />can be taken by the Planning Commission a public hearing has to be <br />held regarding his rezoning request. In order to hold this public <br />hearing, we must have the names and addresses of property owners <br />within 300' of his total property. Mr. Strandberg to keep in mind <br />the letter submitted on March 22, 1977, from the Washington County <br />Planning Department. <br />All aye. Motion carried. <br />Joe Glamos - Peloquin Industrial Park <br />Motion made by Peloquin, seconded by McAllister, that Mr. Glamos <br />be recognized. <br />All aye. Motion carried. <br />Mr. Glamos presented his site for plan for Planning Commission appro- <br />val. Mr. Glamos has earnest money down for the purchase of more <br />land from Peloquin and Husnik. At this time, the surveyors are dis- <br />puting the discrepancy of an angle. Mr. Schwab pointed out that <br />there was no indication of a septic system, parking area, or access. <br />Mr. Ehret suggested that Glamos get a site plan, and put himself on <br />the next agenda, April 27, 1977. Mr. Glamos to identify the loca- <br />tion of the building, and set backs, along with parking and the <br />septic system. <br />
