Actual numbers - drainage capacity and projected runoff. 2. A contour of the land as it is proposed to be, 3. The actual number of trees to be removed, 4. Proof there is sand available. If dirt is to be hauled, how much and what roads. 5. Permits and location of the wells, 6. The exact boundaries of the property in question, 7. The proposed location of the clubhouse with accompanying perc test, 8. Site plan, 9. Sanitary sewer and water plan with estimated use per day, 10. Proof of ownership. Apartments in SFU zoning Mr. Rosenquist suggested writing to Carl Dale asking what is allowed and What is not allowed in relation to the building of apartments. Mr. Gillen was concerned with the fire capacity of Hugo. Rosenquist made motion, seconded by McAllister, that the Planning Commission contact Hugo's fire chief for information we need for the fire capacity, and Carl Dale in regard to changes made in apart- ment planning in the last five years. Rosenquist withdrew his motion. Rosenquist made motion, seconded by Peltier, that a letter be sent to Hugo's fire chief, and Washington County Planner, Bill Schwab, requesting the information we need to rewrite an amendment to our ordinance to allow apartment buildings in SFU zoning. Rosenquist withdrew his motion. Peloquin made motion, seconded by Peltier, that we write to Bill Schwab requesting information as far as multiple dwellings by Special Use Permit, in regard to restrictions and items that are permitted (set backs, for example), possible obtained from Washington County zoning ordinance. To include a report from the fire chief of fire capacity for fire protection. All aye. Motion carried.
