Hugo Planning Commission <br />March 23, 1977 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />Ron Goulette - cont. <br />not opposed. to the golf course. Mr. Goulette was asked to supply the <br />following at his next appearance: <br />1. Actual numbers - drainage capacity and projected runoff. <br />2. A contour of the land as it is proposed to be, <br />3. The actual number of trees to be removed, <br />4. Proof there is sand available. If dirt is to be hauled, how <br />much and what roads. <br />5. Permits and location of the wells, <br />6. The exact boundaries of the property in question, <br />7. The proposed location of the clubhouse with accompanying <br />perc test, <br />8. Site plan, <br />9. Sanitary sewer and water plan with estimated use per day, <br />10. Proof of ownership. <br />Apartments in SFU zoning <br />Mr. Rosenquist suggested writing to Carl Dale asking what is allowed <br />and What is not allowed in relation to the building of apartments. <br />Mr. Gillen was concerned with the fire capacity of Hugo. <br />Rosenquist made motion, seconded by McAllister, that the Planning <br />Commission contact Hugo's fire chief for information we need for <br />the fire capacity, and Carl Dale in regard to changes made in apart- <br />ment planning in the last five years. <br />Rosenquist withdrew his motion. <br />Rosenquist made motion, seconded by Peltier, that a letter be sent <br />to Hugo's fire chief, and Washington County Planner, Bill Schwab, <br />requesting the information we need to rewrite an amendment to our <br />ordinance to allow apartment buildings in SFU zoning. <br />Rosenquist withdrew his motion. <br />Peloquin made motion, seconded by Peltier, that we write to Bill <br />Schwab requesting information as far as multiple dwellings by Special <br />Use Permit, in regard to restrictions and items that are permitted <br />(set backs, for example), possible obtained from Washington County <br />zoning ordinance. To include a report from the fire chief of fire <br />capacity for fire protection. <br />All aye. Motion carried. <br />
