MINUTES OF THE PROCEEDINGS <br />OF THE <br />HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION <br />December 13, 1978 <br />The meeting was called to order by Chairman Larry Ehret at 8:07 PM. <br />PRESENT: Peloquin, Peltier, Greger, Gillen, McAllister, and Ehret <br />Dan Koehler, Washington County, was also present. <br />ABSENT: Woeltge <br />Motion made by Peltier, seconded by Peloquin, to approve the minutes of <br />November 8, 1978, after the following changes have been made: <br />Page 1 (Rezoning) - The neighbors adjoining the property <br />Page 1 Minor Sub) - land to the north and west is zoned Agriculture <br />Page 1 (" - in terms of large acreage <br />Page 2 1 - recommend approval <br />Page 3 Dean Atkinson) - He is requesting to construct <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />VERN PELOQUIN - MINOR SUBDIVISION <br />Mr. Atkinson had previously obtained a Site Plan for construction in <br />the Peloquin Industrial Park. However, a Minor Subdivision had never <br />been obtained. Peloquin stated that an updated subdivision for the park <br />is being worked on. <br />Motion made by McAllister, seconded by Peltier, to recommend approval of <br />the Minor Subdivision for Vern Peloquin to subdivide 1.6A from a 3.4A <br />parcel in the Peloquin Industrial Park. <br />VOTING FOR: Peltier, Gillen, Greger, McAllister and Ehret <br />ABSTAINED: Peloquin <br />Motion Carried. <br />MARDON HOMES - SUBDIVISION <br />Mr. Tramm presented the Commission with his new concept for the preliminary <br />plan. The red markings indicate the new plan made by their surveyor, and <br />the green markings were supplied by Howard Kuusisto. McAllister stated <br />that the driveways were essentially the same as the previously submitted <br />plans. McAllister asked if a drainage plan has been submitted, and Tramm <br />answeredno, and that he was just looking for approval of the concept. Mr. <br />Tramm is to provide the Commission with copies of perc tests that are not <br />on file. McAllister said that the new concept had new lot lines and will <br />change the location of the septic system, but each lot will still have an <br />acceptable site. Ehret stated that the Council had requested the possibi- <br />lity of reviewing a different access to the land. Tramm stated that this <br />had not been done. Peloquin said that the only alternative was a road <br />west of the Van Beek house, and would be an unsafe location. <br />
