Motion Carried <br />Mr. Olson has purchased land previously owned by Joe Massa and Mr. Gallon. <br />Mr. Massa had requested permission to sell this same piece of property <br />from the city. He was instructed to obtain a new certificate of survey <br />and present a pert test. This information was never submitted by Massa. <br />Mr. Olsen's intention was to construct a home on Gallon's property and <br />a home on Massa's land. Peloquin said that he would have to say no to <br />two houses, and Greger would like to see the two lots combined with one <br />house. Ehret thought that Mr. Olsen should incorporate the Gallon and <br />Massa lots into one deed. Mr. Olsen was instructed to fill out an appli- <br />cation for a variance for a substandard lot and for setback requirements. <br />Mr. Olsen will be placed on the agenda for December 27, 1978, and at that <br />time submit a site plan indicating the size of lot, the size of house <br />and placement on the land, and the setbacks, Greger will notify the <br />neighbors of the apppplication for variance. <br />TEDDY PELTIER_&: BIhL GREGER - TERMS EXPIRF. 12/-i1/7R <br />Mr. Ehret received a letter of resignation from Dave Woeltge effective <br />immediately. He has recently changed employment and will not have enough <br />time to devout to the Commission. <br />Motion made by Peloquin, seconded by Peltier, to accept the resignation <br />of Dave Woeltge. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />Motion made by Peloquin, seconded by Gillen, to recommend to the City <br />Council the reappointment of Teddy Peltier to the Planning Commission. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />Motion made by Peltier, seconded by Gillen, to recommend to the City Council <br />the reappoint ment of Bill Greger to the Planning Commission. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />Ehret stated that he will not stand for reappointment as Chairman of the <br />Planning Commission effective April 1, 1979. Let the minutes show that <br />I (Ehret) will not accept a permanent appointment as Chairman of the <br />Planning Commission for 1979, but in lieu of the resignation of Dave <br />Woeltge and the shortage of members, will consider a temporary appointment. <br />Motion made by Peloquin, seconded by Peltier, that the City Clerk submit <br />a notice to the Forest Lake Times requesting candidates to fill the <br />vacancies on the Planning Commission effective on January 1, 1979 and <br />April 1, 1979. <br />All aye.
