The requested information regarding soil tests on Lot B <br />were not in order. <br />Ilotion made by McAllister, seconded by Greger, to recommend approval of the Minor <br />Subdivision for Karl Schoeller, for subdividing a 3 acre parcel into two parcels — <br />one acre parcel referred to as Lot C and two acre parcel referred to as Lot A. <br />VOTING FOR: Peltier, Greger, Woeltge, McAllister and Ehret <br />ABSTAINED: Peloquin and Gillen <br />Motion Carried <br />MIKE, MULA„RONI — SIMTCH PLANS FOR VALLEY VIEW TERRACE 3 AND LAICE VT.J TERRACES <br />Mr. Mularoni has discussed the driveway situation with Washington County, and they have <br />verbally agreed with a double driveway situation. Approval will also be required <br />for the ditch on the land from Rice Creek Watershed. (GILLEN LEFT =, MEETING AT <br />APPROXIi•ZATELY 10:00 PM), Valley View 3 will encompass 92 acres, with the average lot <br />size being approximately 16,000 sq. ft. The roads will be blacktopped with a 32, <br />surface. All the lots will be serviced by sewer and water. The water drainage on <br />the land was discussed. Ehret stated that there is, in fact, a potential water <br />problem in the area, and would like to see some figures of how many gallons of water <br />would be generated because of the project. It was determined that part of this <br />project fell into the Flood Plain area. The next time the projects are discussed, <br />the Planning Commission would like reports from their engineer and Rice Creek. <br />'ERN PELOQUIll — DISCUSSION ON MINOR SUBDIVISION <br />Requested opinion of Planning Commission regarding the clarification of eliminating <br />assessments on a Plate Number. They felt a Minor Subdivision would be in order. <br />Motion made by Peloquin, seconded by Peltier, to adjourn at 11:31 PM. <br />All aye.
