Hugo Planning Commission <br />.Tune 14, 1978 <br />Page 2 of 6 <br />Gree Stankey — Mobile Home Petition <br />Mr. Stankey is the owner of a greenhouse business located on Highway 61 between the <br />MR Tourist Camp and Schmidty's 61 Club. He stated that he has been having problems <br />with vandalism and thefts. The mobile home would service as a temporary watchman's <br />quarters. He also stated that he has plans to construct an office at the site in <br />the future (tendative site plan was presented.) There is a well on the property, <br />but no septic system. There has,tbeen',perc test taken at this time. <br />it.4; <br />Motion made by Peloquin, seconded by Peltier, to recommend approval of watchman's <br />quarters and office with a temporary Mobile Home Permit. The permit is to be <br />renewed q& four (4) times or a term of 15 months. At the time of the first renewal, <br />Yx. Stankey is to provide a satisfactory perc test along with plans for the construction <br />of an office. <br />VOTING FOR: Peloquin, Peltier, Gillen, Greger, Woeltge, McAllister, and Ehret <br />Motion Carried. <br />Let the record show that Mr. Stankey clearly understood the conditions of the approval. <br />I.10F'iAN HORTON — AUTO DISIWITLING LICENSE <br />No one present at this time. <br />FISCHER CONSTRUCTION — MINING P ---%IIT <br />Mr. Fischer was present, and stated that a new muffler had been placed on the generator <br />that was supposedly creatin{ the noise problem. The PCA had contacted Ehret and stated <br />that they were unable to make a noise level reading because of the wind. They will <br />make a reading and report to the city by June 28, 1978. The Planning Commission will <br />review the report when it is received. <br />Motion made by McAllister, seconded by Peltier, to recommend approval of a Mining <br />Permit for Fischer Construction, subject to the following conditions: (SEE ATTACHED) <br />A resident was present and stated that she would like to see the Planning Commission <br />not take any action on the permit until the report is received from PCA. Ehret stated <br />that the report will be reviewed when it is received. <br />VOTING FOR: Peloquin, Peltier, Gillen, Woeltge, I.4cAllister, and Ehret <br />ABSTAINED: Greger <br />Motion Carried. <br />L AVINA DURAME, — SPECIAL USE PFJRMIT <br />;hret wanted to make note that Richard Schuh was the only Mining Permit holder that <br />has approval made for a Special Use Permit. He wanted to know where Special <br />Use Permits were for the rest of the permits, and if they didn't have one, why not. <br />
