LaValle stated that <br />he will be mining approximately 4000 yards. The debris, as mentioned is Kuusisto's <br />report, was to have been cleaned on June 14. <br />Motrin made by McAllister, seconded byGillen, to recommend approval of the Mining Permit <br />for LaValle Excavating until June 30, 1979, subject to the following conditions: <br />(SEE ATTACHED) <br />VOTING FOR: Peloquin, Peltier, Gillen, Greger, Woeltge, McAllister, and Ehret <br />Motion Carried. <br />KARIN HUN^ER — SPECIAL USE P1311MIT <br />Motion made by McAllister, seconded by Gillen, to move the Hunter matter ahead on <br />the agenda. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />PIs. Hunter would like to restore an old home into an art studio. This would mean an <br />accessory building with no primary building. There was some discussion as to what <br />would be considered as a primary use for a building. Mr. Crever had inspected the <br />site and stated that the building was structurally sound. Ms. Hunter stated that <br />she hopes to builder a residence within two years. Dan Koehler suggested that a <br />perc test be taken at the site. <br />I -lotion made by McAllister to recommend approval of the request for a Special Use <br />Permit by Karin Hunter to restore the existing home into an art studio subject to: <br />1. An acceptable perc test be submitted to the Building Inspector <br />2. Motion Carried, <br />CHARLES SHUBAT — SUBDIVISION <br />1,1r. Shubat was present looking for preliminary approval for a subdivision to divide <br />113 acres into 11 parcels. A preliminary plan was presented, along with a copy of <br />perc tests. Dan Koehler reviewed the perc tests but unable to make any kind of recommenda— <br />tion because the writing was too faded to read. A request was made for a more legible <br />copy.
