Topographical map to be provided <br />VOTING FOR: Peloquin, Peltier, Gillen, Greger, Woeltge, McAllister, and Ehret <br />Motion Carried. <br />THOMAS PERZICHILLI — SITE PLAN APPROVAL <br />Mr. Perzichilli wants to construct a 24 x 28 showroom and a 40 x 40 warehouse to <br />open a floor covering business alone; Highway 61. The land is zoned CB. The <br />building was to be a pole type building with steel siding. The Planning Commission <br />had no problems with setbacks or parking facilities. Gillen stated that he would <br />not like to continue with pole buildings in the city proper. The city should start <br />now with some form of urban renewal. <br />Motion made by McAllister that the Planning Commission forward the matter for Site <br />Plan Approval for Tom Perzichilli without recommendation due to the type of structure <br />and let the City Council set a direction for the Planning Commission to take in the <br />future regarding the type of building desired in the CB district. <br />McAllister withdrew his motion. <br />Motion made by McAllister, seconded by Greger, to recommend approval of the Site <br />Plan for Tom Perzichilli subject to the following: <br />1. The entire front of the building facing highway 61 be bricked except for the <br />windows. <br />2. The bricks will be on the front of the office and the rest of the material <br />structure facing Highway 61 will be of rough sawn cedar. <br />VOTING FOR: Peltier, Greger, 1;oeltge, and McAllister <br />VOTING AGAINST: Peloquin, Gillen, and Ehret <br />Motion Carried. <br />NOTE TO CITY COTRJCIL: The Planning Commission would like some guidance from the <br />City Council as to the type of buildings they would like the Commission to work on <br />for urban renewal in the future, for districts zoned Industrial, RB and CB. <br />ITORMIAN HORTON — AUTO DISrUNTLING LICEN <br />The Planning Commission was unaware of any problems relating; to the operation. <br />
