GRAVEL PIT AND STOClPII,E OPERATION Pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance 107 of the City of Hugo, Minnesota, entitled "An Ordinance Establishing Mining Regulations to Provide For Orderly, Economic, and Safe Removal of Sand, Gravel, Rock, Soil, and Other Natural Deposits and to Promote the Public Health, Safety, and Morals, and General Welfare in the City of Hugo, Washington County, Minnesota", a Mining Permit is issued to: RICHARD F. SCHUH 1087 County Road H2 White Bear bake, Minnesota 55110 For a period to expire on June 30. 1979, unless sooner terminated pursuant to the provisions of said Ordinance, and subject to the following conditions: 1. All applicable provisions of the City of Hugo Ordinance governing mining shall be complied with. 2. The scope of the Mining Permit shall be limited to the terms included in the "Application for Mining Permit" dated October 27, 19759 a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, it being understood that the permit is limited to stockpiling and hauling away the existing stockpile of granular material and asphalt mix and restoration of the area, and that no material may be hauled to the site except for approximately 4500 tons of 5/8" crushed rook to blend with the existing material on the property, and the excavation, crashing, stockpiling and hauling away of material shown on the contour map. 3. No top soil or overburden shall be removed from the site. 4. Haul roads shall be Irish Avenue South to County Road 8A, and 152nd Street east to Jeffrey Road, only. 5. Dust control on all city streets shall be by the use of oil (crankcase oil), or calcium chloride, as directed by the City Engineer. 6. The inspection fee shall be deposited in the awrunt of =500.00, and engineering and legal inspection shall be done as needed. 7. The contractor shall provide and maintain both a x109000.00 bond and a #25,000.00 irrevocable letter of credit for the maintenance and/or reconstruction of the haul roads, and to insure compliance of all conditions of the permit. 8. Recommendations fo the Engineer of the City of Hugo, as they may be made from time to time, shall be made a part of this permit. 9. Inspection to insure compliance with this permit will be done by the Engineer of the City of Hugo, and he may request that the assistance of such other persons or organizations as he my deem necessary. 10. Any violation of the terms or conditions of this permit shall be grounds for immediate termination in accordance with the City Ordinance.
