Mining Permit <br />" . Richard F. Schuh <br />Page 2 <br />11. Haul roads shall be periodically inspected by the City Engineer and maintained <br />by the contractor in accordance with his recommendations. <br />12. A speed limit of a maximum of 45 miles per hour be maintained by the contrac— <br />tor's gravel trucks when operating on the haul roads on City Streets. On <br />those days when school is in session, a speed limit of a maximum of 30 miles <br />per hour be maintained by the gravel trucks when operating on haul roads <br />on city streets between the hours of 7tOO and 7:30 A.M. <br />13. Any additional limitations or specifications for the haul routes which shall <br />be deemed necessary for the health and safety reasons by the City Engineer <br />and City Attorney, <br />14. The hours on mining operations ahll be 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through <br />Saturday. <br />15. There shall be no trucking or hauling in of material except as noted herein <br />without an amendment of this Mining Permit. <br />16. The sight distance along the haul routes shall be improved at the expense <br />of the permit holder according to the requirements of the Engineer for the <br />City of Hugo. <br />17. A temporary portable asphalt plant may be placed on the property. The plant <br />shall comply with PCA requirements,, and have a valid PCA number prior to <br />operation. <br />18. Updated contour map to be filed with the City Engineer. <br />
