MINUTES OR THE HUGO CITY COUNCIL__ MEET I NG__UF MARCH__7�_1994 The meeting was called to order by Mayor Stolt man at 7:00 PM. PRESENT: Barnes, Brunotte, Leroux:, Miron, Stolt man City Administrator, Robert Museus City Attorney, Greg Galler City Engineer, Howard Kuusisto City Clerk, Mary Ann Creager Leroux: made motion, Barnes seconded, to approve the minutes for the City Council meeting of February 22, 1994, as submitted. All aye. Motion Carried. Burnes made motion, Brunotte seconded, to approve the claims for March 7, 1994, in the amount of $23,266.08. All aye. Motion Carried. PUBLIC HEARING _(RECREATIONAL VEHICLE ORDINANCE.) A public hearing was held to consider a proposed ordinance amending the City's Motorized Recreational Vehicle and Snowmobile Ordinance. The Council made the following changes to the proposed ordinance: Brunotte made motion, Leroux; seconded, to amend 181.60, H1, as follows: During the hours from 1.]._00 Ph to 6:.30 AN, from Sunday through Thursday; All aye. Motion Carried. Leroux; made motion, Miron seconded, that no motorized recreational vehicle shall operate closer than 100' to any residence. All aye. Motion Carried. Miron made motion, Leroux: seconded, to table the ordinance amendment until the meeting of March 21, 1994. All aye. Motion Carried. A copy of the proposed ordinance .is to be forwarded to the local snowmobile club. MINOR SUBDIVISIUN SI....ARcON/STEAL' ..E:F�.-' On February 23, 1994, the Huge Planning Commission considered a request by Verna Larson to subdivide 20 acres into two 10 acre parcels. M=_.. (._arson is currently purchasing this property on a contract for deed, and seeks the subdivision of the property in order obtain refinancing. The PC'. recommended approval of the subdivision request subject to special. conditions.
