Cit.v Council meeting of JldnP 61, 1 -1: -?94- <br />P a q e <br />.1:-?94Page _ <br />SUBDIVISION(PARE I GAT) <br />Gerhardt Pareigat, 799_; 14�ith Street., applied for subdivision of 20 acres <br />into one 10 acre parcel and two five acre parcels. 'The area is currently <br />zoned RR2. The south eastern five acre parcel would be landlocked, and <br />the Pareigats have indicated their intention to sell this parcel to an <br />adjacent property owner for inclusion in his property description. The <br />Hugo FC considered this request at their meeting of May 25, 1994, and <br />recommended approval of the subdivision subject to conditions. <br />LerolAX made motion, Miron seconded, to approve the subdivision request of <br />Gerhardt Pareigat for the subdivision of 20 acres into one 10 acre parcel <br />and two five acre parcels, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Parcel C be deeded to the adjacent property owner and included in <br />their parcel description in order to avoid creation of a landlocked <br />parcel. <br />2. Approval of the subdivision be subject to comments, restrictions, and <br />requirements of the RCWD, if any. <br />3. Parkland dedication fee be collected, in the amount of $500.00, for <br />Parcel B. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />SPECIALUSE PERMIT _(RIVER CITY _ASPHALT1 <br />The Hugo Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on May 25, 1994, <br />regarding an application for a SUP by Richard Carron and Darrel Hanson to <br />conduct mining operations on the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 23, T31N, <br />R21W, and the E 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of Section 23, T31N, R21W. The PG <br />recommended approval of the SUP subject to the terms and conditions of the <br />Settlement Agreement between the City of Hugo, River City Asphalt, and <br />Hugo 2000, as recorded with the 10th Judicial Court, File No. C7-92-4225. <br />Stoltzman made motion, Miron seconded, to approve the Special Use Permit <br />for Richard Carron and Darrel Hanson to conduct mining operations on the <br />NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 23, T21N, R21W, and the E 1/2 of the SE <br />1/4 of Section 23, T31N, R21W, subject to the terms and conditions of the <br />Settlement Agreement between the City of Hugo, River city Asphalt, and <br />Hugo, 2000, as recorded with the 10th Judicial Court, File #C7-92-4225. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />RICE LAME MEADOWS PHASE 2 (PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS ACCEPTANCE) <br />Howard A. KUU5i5to Consulting Engineers, Inc., recommended that the City <br />accept the sanitary sewer and water main improvements in the Rice Lake <br />Meadows Phase 2 for operation and maintenance, and stated that the one <br />year warranty period for the improvements may begin on November 18, 1993, <br />the day of the final inspection of the project. Jim Merila, Merila and <br />Associates, had stated previously to the Administrator that there was some <br />confusion regarding acceptance of these improvements, and has requested <br />that the one year warranty period begin on the date of the City Engineer's <br />inspection of the project. <br />
