City Council meeting of August 15, 1994 Page 3 Stoltzman made motion, Miron seconded, to schedule a workshop for August 29, 1994, at 7:30 PM, for the purpose of discussion of the City's 1995 budget. All aye. Motion Carried. SITE PLAN APPROVAL (RICHARD GRANGER City Engineer, Joel Dresel, reviewed his comments regarding the site plan for construction of a Subway at the south west intersection of Highway bi and 147th Street. Mr. Dresel was concerned with the width of the driveway, drainage, and the need for concrete curb and gutter on the south side of the site to accomplish the proper drainage. Leroux made motion, Brunotte seconded, to approve the site plan for Richard Granger to construct a Subway sandwich restaurant, subject to approval of the revised site plan by the City Engineer. All aye. Motion Carried. LITIGATION Miron made motion, Leroux seconded, to schedule an executive session of the City Council, with legal counsel, for August 22, 1994 at 8:00 PM, to discuss pending litigation regarding denial of a rezoning request for the proposed subdivision known as Woods of Fuld Eagle. All aye. Motion Carried. MISCELLANEOUS Mayor Stoltzman informed the Council that the Walker cemetery would be dedicated on October 1, 1994, at 2:00 PM. Miron made motion, Leroux seconded, to authorize payment of approximately $750.00 to Mark Hurd for the purchase of additional electronic files. All aye. Motion Carried. Leroux made motion, Miron seconded, to approve the Release and Indemnity Agreement between the City of Hugo and Howard A. Kuusisto Consulting Engineers authorizing the release of electronic media by Kuusisto Engineering to the City of Hugo, subject to approval by the City Attorney.% All aye. Motion Carried. The Administrator updated the Council on the Post Office's efforts to relocate their building. Miron made motion, Leroux seconded, to adjourn at 9:45 PM. All aye. Motion Carried. Mary Creager, Ci Jerk
