City Council meeting of November 7, 1994 <br />Page 2 <br />MINOR SUBDIVISION (GRANGER) <br />Richard Granger, representing the Wildwood Condominium Association, has <br />requested a minor subdivision on behalf of Mary Hardwick, 4614 170th <br />Street, in order for the Condominium Association to acquire a portion of <br />Ms. Hardwick's property located at 14869 Forest Blvd. (Country Video). <br />The Condominium Association intends to combine the property with their <br />adjacent property for use as a site to construct garages. The Planning <br />Commission considered this request on October 26, 1994, and recommended <br />approval of the subdivision. <br />Miron made motion, Barnes seconded, to approve the minor subdivision <br />request of the Wildwood Condominium Association, subject to Parcel B. as <br />described on the HUlt survey dated 9/2/94, being combined with the <br />property at 5750 148th Street (Wildwood Condominium Association). <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />REZONING REQUEST (GREGOIRF_) <br />Luella Gregoire, 165'20 Henna Avenue North, has requested rezoning of 750 <br />acres of property located in the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 1C.), T:1N, <br />R21W. -1-he property is currently zoned conservancy, and Mrs. Gregoire <br />wants to rezone the property to agriculture in order to subdivide the <br />property into 1'► acre parcels. The Planning Commission considered this <br />request on October 26, 1994, and recommended denial of the rezoning based <br />on the large area of wetland covering the site. The Council discussed the <br />land available for development versus land considered wetlands. The issue <br />of the need for a 4/5's vote for rezoning was also mentioned. <br />Miron made motion, Leroux; seconded, to table this matter until the <br />following information has been provided: <br />1. Topographic elevations. <br />2. identify flood plain boundaries. <br />3. Existing ground water elevation. <br />4. Perc tests to show adequacy of the site for septic systems. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />SITE PLAN APPROVAL (WAGENER) <br />Mr. Terry Wagener, 5061 Almeda Street, Shoreview, MN., requested site plan <br />approval to add a .'U' x 180' storage on the east side of his existing <br />concrete bUildinq located 5212 130th Street North in the Bald Eagle <br />Industrial Park. 'The Planning Commission considered this request on <br />October 26, 1994, and recommended approval of the site plan. <br />LeroUX made motion, Miron seconded, to approve the site plan for Terry <br />Wagener to add a 30' x 180' storage building (warehouse) on the east side <br />of his existing concrete building located at 5212 130th Street in the Bald <br />Eaqle Industrial Park. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />
