<br />Robert and Cheryl Smith, 5905 Oneka Lake Blvd., requested a variance to
<br />construct a single czar garage on their" property 4' from the side property
<br />line, where a 10' setback is required. The Board of Adjustments
<br />considered their- request on October" 'gib, 1994, and recommended approval..
<br />Stoltzman made motion, Miron seconded, to approve the variance request of
<br />Robert Smith, 5905 Oneka Lake Blvd., for construction of a 12' r; 22'
<br />single car garage on their property, 4' from the side property line, where
<br />10' setback is required.

<br />Mr. Eric Anderson, representing J.R. Johnson Supply Co., 2582 Long Lake
<br />Rd., St.. Paul, Minnesota, requested site plan approval to construct
<br />improvements to their commercial greenhouse located in part of the NE 1/4
<br />of Section 19, T31N, R 1W, generally located at the northeast intersection
<br />of County State Aid Highway 8 and Everton Ave. This site is subject to a
<br />special use permit, dated November 5, 1984, as well as a previous site
<br />plan approval dated December 4, 1959. The Rice Creek Watershed District
<br />has reviewed and approved their plans on the site. The firm's intention
<br />is to improve two existing 14' greenhouses on the site from temporary to
<br />permanent use, construct four additional 30' X 90' greenhouses, and
<br />construct a 17.5' X 7' connection building between the greenhouses. In
