City Council meeting of November 21, 1994 Page Miron made motion, Barnes seconded, directing City staff to work with the youth groups for removal of garages from the site, and approve expending approximately $500 for immediate improvements to the building. The City shall consider inclusion of building repairs in the City's 1995 budget. All aye. Motion Carried. BALD EAGLE SPORTSMAN ASSOCIATION (SUP REVIEW) The SUP issued by the City to the BESA for the operation of their shooting range on 125th Street calls for semiannual reviews by the Citi; Council. The Council was provided a copy of the club's existing Permit for their consideration. Mr. Gene Schutte, President of the organization, was specifically interested in discussing Conditions #b. 421., and #24 with the Council. He was informed that any change to the existing Permit would require a public hearing at the Planning Commission level. 1994 STREET MAINTENANCE UPDATE The Council considered a report from the City Administrator regarding street maintenance undertaken by the City in 1994. The City's crack filling project was not completed in 1994, but will be completed in 1995 at 94's price. RCWD UPPER WATERSHED IMPROVEMENT PROJECT The Council considered a letter from the Rice Creek Watershed District requesting the City's assistance and participation in a water quality monitoring and improvement program for the Clearwater ['seek basin. Specifically, the Watershed District requests that the City coordinate catch -basin stenciling, erosion -control enforcement, and assistance with basin inspection, at an estimated cost of $3,500. The District would the use the City's efforts as in-kind contribution towards a federal grant to cover other activities to be taken by District in improving the water quality of the lakes along Clearwater Creek. Miron made motion, Leroux; seconded, to approve the City's participation in the RCWD's a water quality monitoring and improvement program for the Clearwater- Creek basin, at an estimated cost of $.3,500. All aye. Motion Carried. GRANGER AGREEMENT/EASEMENT Stolt.zman made motion, Miron seconded, approve the amendment to the original Agreement allowing Granger's Inc., to construct an addition of their office on the City's sanitary sewer easement. All aye. Motion Carried. MSA STREET FLAN Engineer Dresel reviewed the City's MSA street plan with the Council, and asked for the Council's comments.
