City Council meeting of November 21, 1994 <br />Page <br />Miron made motion, Barnes seconded, directing City staff to work with the <br />youth groups for removal of garages from the site, and approve expending <br />approximately $500 for immediate improvements to the building. The City <br />shall consider inclusion of building repairs in the City's 1995 budget. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />BALD EAGLE SPORTSMAN ASSOCIATION (SUP REVIEW) <br />The SUP issued by the City to the BESA for the operation of their shooting <br />range on 125th Street calls for semiannual reviews by the Citi; Council. <br />The Council was provided a copy of the club's existing Permit for their <br />consideration. Mr. Gene Schutte, President of the organization, was <br />specifically interested in discussing Conditions #b. 421., and #24 with the <br />Council. He was informed that any change to the existing Permit would <br />require a public hearing at the Planning Commission level. <br />1994 STREET MAINTENANCE UPDATE <br />The Council considered a report from the City Administrator regarding <br />street maintenance undertaken by the City in 1994. The City's crack <br />filling project was not completed in 1994, but will be completed in 1995 <br />at 94's price. <br />RCWD UPPER WATERSHED IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />The Council considered a letter from the Rice Creek Watershed District <br />requesting the City's assistance and participation in a water quality <br />monitoring and improvement program for the Clearwater ['seek basin. <br />Specifically, the Watershed District requests that the City coordinate <br />catch -basin stenciling, erosion -control enforcement, and assistance with <br />basin inspection, at an estimated cost of $3,500. The District would the <br />use the City's efforts as in-kind contribution towards a federal grant to <br />cover other activities to be taken by District in improving the water <br />quality of the lakes along Clearwater Creek. <br />Miron made motion, Leroux; seconded, to approve the City's participation in <br />the RCWD's a water quality monitoring and improvement program for the <br />Clearwater- Creek basin, at an estimated cost of $.3,500. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />GRANGER AGREEMENT/EASEMENT <br />Stolt.zman made motion, Miron seconded, approve the amendment to the <br />original Agreement allowing Granger's Inc., to construct an addition of <br />their office on the City's sanitary sewer easement. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />MSA STREET FLAN <br />Engineer Dresel reviewed the City's MSA street plan with the Council, and <br />asked for the Council's comments. <br />
