A <br />RESOLUTION AP'P'ROVING 1995 LIQUOR AND RELATED LICENSES, subject to all <br />current City encumbrances being paid. <br />VOTING AYE: Barnes. Brunotte, Leroux, Miron, Stoltzman <br />Motion Carried. <br />BALD EAGLE LAM::E PATROLLING <br />Council member Brunotte has been serving on a committee with <br />representatives from adjacent communities. DNR, and local residents <br />regarding winter use of Bald Eagle Labe. This group has submitted CA <br />proposal to increase the amount of patrol time dedicated to the lake in <br />the winter months b;: the Ramsey County Sheriff's Department, splitting thi <br />cost of this additional work. between the commun.i.ties and the Bald Eagle <br />Area Homeowners' Association. <br />Miron made motion, Brunotte seconded, to approve the Agreement to Contract <br />for Supplement Law Enforcement Services for Bald Eagle Lake During the <br />1995 Winter Patrol Season, at a cost of $1, 000.00. <br />VOTING AYE: Barnes, Brunotte, Miron, Stoltzman <br />VOTING NAY: LeroUX <br />Motion Carried. <br />DUCK PASS DRIVEWAY CULVERTS <br />Mr. Bart Montanari, of Montanari Homes, Inc. recently purchased the Duces; <br />Pass Development from Mr. Dan Dolan. Mr. Montanari appeared before the <br />Council to request a revision to the Development Agreement which would <br />allow the substitution of standard, corrugated metal culverts under <br />driveways, rather than the concrete culverts required in the Agreement. <br />Because the life expectancy of concrete culverts exceeds metal, the <br />Council made the following motion: <br />Miron made motion, Barnes seconded, to deny the request of Bart Montanari <br />to use metal culverts, rather than concrete, in the DUCK PASS subdivision. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />FIRE DEPARTMENT STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES <br />The Council was provided a revised Suggested Operating Procedures, as <br />prepared by the Hugo Volunteer Fire Department. <br />
