Kuusisto, <br />Consulting Engineer for professional engineering services provided to the <br />City. The total amount is $26,948.67. <br />Barnes made motion, Leroux seconded, to approve payment. of $26,948.67 to <br />Howard Kuus.i.sto for unpaid professional engineering services provided to <br />the City. <br />All. aye. Motion Carried. <br />RESOLUTION F STHBL_ I SH I NG LICENSE_ AND PERMIT FEES <br />The City Finance Director- prepared a resolution establishing license and <br />permit fees payable to the City of Hugo. This fee schedule: reflects no <br />change to liquor fees per Council guidance. It establishes a #100.00 <br />annual license fee for waste haulers in the City and makes certain minor <br />adjustments to other fees. <br />Miron made motion, Stolt man seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION 94-27, <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FEES FOR LICENSES, PERMITS, APPLICATIONS, AND OTHER <br />CITY SERVICES. <br />VOTING AYE: Barnes, Brunotte, Leroux, Miron, Stolt man <br />Motion Carried. <br />1994 WASTE ABATEMENT GRANT APPLICATION <br />The Council considered a 1994 Municipal Waste Reduction and Curbside <br />Recycling Grant Application for submission to Washington County to acquire <br />approximately $15,000 for the operation of the City's recycling program. <br />This grant would fund the purchase of recycling containers for residents <br />of the community, as well as an educational brochure to explain the City's <br />solid waste and recycling program to residents and businesses. <br />Miron made motion, Leroux seconded, to approve the 1994 Municipal Waste <br />Reduction and Curbside Recycling Grant Application for submission to <br />Washington County. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />
