There shall be <br />no cars stored on the eastern 50' of the property. <br />VOTING FOR: Peltier, Greger, Peloquin, Gillen, and Ehret <br />VOTING AGAINST: McAllister <br />MOTION CARRIED., <br />Bruce Charpentier - Subdivision and Variance <br />Motion made by Gillen, Seconded by McAllister, that the request for a variance by <br />Bruce Charpentier be allowed subject to the restriction that the dwelling or <br />other buildings be so located as to permit the additional 30' of roadway in the <br />future and subsequent setback. This 30' driveway is to serve the existing resi- <br />dents and the resident referred to in this application, and no more. <br />VOTING FOR: Peloquin, Peltier, Greger, Gillen, McAllister, and Ehret <br />MOTION CARRIED. <br />McAllister made mot ion, seconded by Peloquin, that the request for a minor sub- <br />division made by Fred Fulbright be approved as submitted. <br />VOTING FOR: Peloquin, Peltier, Greger, Gillen, McAllister, and Ehret <br />MOTION CARRIED, <br />Bald Eagle Sportsman Association - Special Use Permit <br />Mr, Al Perez, Minnesota Pollution Co,31trol Agency, was present to answer any questions <br />of the Commission or the audience. LIW first comment was that, as of now, there are <br />no state standards regulating the control of impulsive noise levels. Mike Prokosh, <br />the club's president, was present and stated that he would like to ask for an ex- <br />tension regarding the information asked for. Mr. Prokosh illustrated different <br />methods the club had discussed to help for noise abatement. Mr. Perez stated that <br />unless the facility was totally enclosed, noise barriers would eliminate only a <br />small portion of the sound for people that were close by. <br />
