Matter not to be placed first <br />on the agenda. >q t'jkC. .,x r I*Lt. i. <br />VOTING FOR: Peloquin, Peltier, Greger, McAllister, and Ehret <br />VOTING AGAINST: Gillen <br />Motion Carried, <br />Oneka Hill Farms — Rezoning <br />McAllister made motion, seconded by Gillen, that the request of Oneka Hill Farms <br />to rezone property from present zoning to CB be granted. <br />VOTING FOR: Peloquin, Peltier, Greger, Gillen, McAllister, and Ehret <br />Motion Carried. <br />Peloquin made motion, seconded by Peltier, that the Planning Commission recommend <br />approval of the variance request of Oneka Hill Farms for the blacktopping of their <br />parking area. <br />VOTING FOR: Peloquin, Peltier, Greger, McAllister, and Ehret (Gillen had left). <br />Motion Carried, <br />Bruce Charpentier — Subdivision <br />Mr. Charpentier would like to subdivide one acre of land from Fred Fulbright's property <br />in order to start construction of his home by April. The Charpentier's would be <br />applying for a Minor Subdivision, and need a variance for 30' easement and no road <br />frontage. <br />Motion made by McAllister, seconded by Peltier, to set a public hearing for March 8, <br />1978, at 7:30 PM, to consider the application for minor subdivision of the Fred Ful— <br />bright property. Application submitted by Bruce Charpentier, <br />VOTING FOR: Peloquin, Peltier, Greger, McAllister, and Ehret <br />Motion Carried. <br />Robert McCullough — Special Use Permit <br />Mr. McCullough presented the Commission with the changes in his site plan, as requested: <br />1. Widening of driveway <br />2. Service road behind the property <br />3. Screening <br />4. Holding tank for septic system <br />The Planning Commission determined that the requested use would be permitted use in <br />either Agriculture or Retail Business zoning districts. <br />
