City sewer is approximately <br />600' from his property. It has been proposed that the acreage across the street <br />would serve as a, holding pond for surface crater drainage. For rezoning, Mr. <br />Christianson would have to provide proof of ownership and property owners within <br />300' of the property to be rezoned. <br />McAllister made motion, seconded by 11 nson, to place Marvin Christianson on the <br />agenda for all. purposes. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />McAllister made motion, seconded by Houle, to set a public hearing for January 9, <br />1380, at 7:30 PM, to consider Marvin Christia.nson's request to rezone 12.96 <br />acres from the SIT zone to the SFU zone. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />RON JOHNSON β€” DIVISIOII OF PRI OPEP,TY ON COUNTY ROILD 57 and 4 <br />Mr. Johnson is interested in purchasing 60 acres located in the Conservancy zone. <br />He is anticipating dividing into three 20 acre parcels. Johnson stated that at one <br />time there was a road there and maintained by Oneka Township. Peloquin thought <br />that easement was 33' wide and was a public road. Johnson would like an easement <br />along the property line to be used for access to the back two parcels. He is not <br />interested in the city maintaining this road. Mr. Johnson was instructed to contact <br />City Engineer Kuusisto to determine the status of the existing easement, and place <br />himself on the City Council agenda if needed. <br />_ML;ST IM, ?GEL <br />After further review of the ordinance, the Commission determined that a variance would <br />be required on the Hengel land division. <br />TdcAllister made motion, seconded by Houle, to rescind the Motion regarding the reβ€” <br />funding of the two fees for Ernest Hengel for Minor Subdivision and a Variance. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />McAllister made motion, seconded by Peltier, to recommend to the City Council to <br />consider refunding of the `40.00 fee to Ernest Hengel for the Minor Subdivision only. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />McAllister made motion, seconded by Houle, to .recommend approval of the Variance <br />application for Ernest Hengel for the easterly lot. The variance is granted to <br />Chapter 290-9, Subd T. paragraphs 1 and 2, to allow .for 256.75' lot width versus <br />the 300' required at the building setbacky as per Certificate of Survey submitted <br />All aye.
