Anderson — cont. <br />It was verified that a Special Use Permit is required for an accessory <br />building in the Conservancy zone. <br />McAllister made motion, seconded by Peltier, to recommend approval of <br />the Special Use Permit for Robert Anderson, 12200 Goodview Avenue, to <br />construct a 30 x 48 pole barn to be used for storage, as shown on the <br />Site Plan submitted. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />ER .QST HENGEL — MINOR SUBDIVISION <br />Mr. Hengel, 8024 147th Street, owns 20 acres in the Agricultural zone. <br />He would like to divide the acreage into lots (a 12 and an 8). A <br />certificate of survey was not provided, because 11r. Hengel did not want <br />to incur the expense until he got a feeling whether it would be approved. <br />Mr. engel would like the division of an 8 acre parcHel because of the <br />location of his garage. ;Hanson suggested that Mr. engel might like <br />to consider a rezoning of the property. Mr. Hengel was instructed to <br />to divide the land as close to 10 acres each as possible, and maintain <br />the 300' required frontage. <br />PAUL HASECUSTER — VARIANCE <br />Mr. Hasecuster, 12670 Ingersoll, will be needing to enlarge his drain— <br />field at his home. He would also like to construct a 24 x 24 garage. <br />Because he will need the room for work to enlarge his drainfield, he <br />would like to construct his new garage approximately 22' from the <br />street. The city has a 40' requirement. His present tuck—under garage <br />will be made into living space. <br />McAllister made motion, seconded by Hanson, that the secretary be directed <br />to send a letter to the Building Inspector asking him to review the <br />Site Plan, and ask him to comment specifically on the request for vari— <br />ance to front yard setback for the proposed garage. This report is <br />requested either in writing, or his presence, for the meeting of <br />Septebmer 12, 1979. <br />All aye. notion Carried. <br />GERALD NELSON — PURCHASE OF LAND IN PELOOUIN INDUSTRIAL PARK <br />ltr. Nelson is interested in purchasing Lot 2, Block 1, in the Peloquin <br />Industrial Park. The proposed building will include an underground <br />storage. There will be fill_ required on the property, and a holding <br />tank would be needed. Mr. Nelson was not interested in having his <br />driveway on the proposed 154th Street. The drainage would run to <br />a ditch along the eastern portion of the property. McAllister suggested <br />that Mr. Nelson contact i?oward Kuusisto regarding the filling of the <br />property. <br />
