MINUTES OF THE PROCEEDINGS <br />OF THE <br />HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION <br />July 119 1979 <br />The meeting was called to order by Chairwoman Peltier at 8:02 PM. <br />PRESENT: Peltier, Peloquin, Hanson, Houle, McAllister and Greger <br />Motion made by Peloquin, seconded by Houle, to approve the minutes of <br />the Special Meeting of June 27, 1979, after the following change is <br />made:#3 - review SAC charges for presently unsewered areas. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />Motion made by Peloquin, seconded by Greger, to approve the minutes <br />of the regular meeting of June 27, 1979, after the following changes <br />are made: <br />Page 1 (2nd para) - Bergman stated that he did not want to see the <br />trees removed either <br />It (3rd para) - 33' for i� ngress and egress to his property on the <br />west <br />Page 2 1st para - reviewing the ordinance <br />it 3rd para - Koehler regarding this request asking him to verify <br />it 6th para - the five acres is zoned Industrial <br />All aye. Motion Carried <br />BILL CLARK - SPECIAL USE PERMIT <br />Peltier stated that the city haS received a letter from Rice Creek <br />Watershed suspending the permit previously issued to Bill Clark for <br />the filling of his property on Homestead Avenue. Peloquin stated that <br />the City Engineer and Mayor were to make an onsite inspection of the <br />property, but has not yet been accomplished. Mr. Clark requested <br />that Dan Koehler be present when this inspection is made, because he <br />felt Koehler was the most knowledgeable of the Flood Pldn Ordinance. <br />Motion made by Peloquin, seconded by Peltier, to table the request of <br />Bill Clark until the meeting of July 25, 1979, to obtain the results of <br />the meeting of the City Engineer and Mayor. Rice Creek Watershed is to <br />be notified of the tabling of the request until further reports are <br />obtained, and the Planning Commission would like to be notified when <br />the permit is reissued. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />CURT LEIBEL - REZONING AND SPECIAL USE PERMIT <br />Mr. Leibel is attempting to purchase the Darrell Tavernier property on <br />Bald Eagle Lake to operate a marina. He has made applications for a <br />rezoning from SFE to RB, and a Special Use Permit to operate the marina. <br />Mr. Leibel was instructed to obtain Darrell Tavernier's signature on <br />the application for the rezoning <br />
