Hugo Planning Commission <br />July 11, 1979 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />LEIBEL - cont. <br />Motion made by McAllister, seconded by Houle, to set a public hearing <br />for July 25, 1979, at 7:30 PM, to consider the request of Darrell <br />Tavernier for rezoning from SFE to RB, and consideration of the appli- <br />cation of Curtis Leibel for a Special Use Permit to operate a marina <br />and off -sale non -intoxicating liquor license. The publication for <br />this particular Special Use Permit should be published in both the <br />Forest Lake Times and the White Bear Press. No legal necessary for <br />the publication in the White Bear Press. <br />VOTING FOR: Peloquin, Hanson, Houle, Greger and McAllister <br />VOTING AGAINST: Peltier <br />Motion Carried. <br />FRED BENSON - AMENDED SPECIAL USE PERMIT <br />No representative present. <br />RICHARD PILLARD - COMBINING OF LAND IN HUGO AND GRANT TOWNSHIP <br />Mrs. Pillard was present, and stated that they own a total of 20A, <br />and would like to give their daughter 5 acres to build on. A total <br />of 3.95 acres is located in Hugo, and the balance would be in Grant <br />Township. The house would actually be constructed in Grant. The <br />land is located along July Avenue. Peloquin stated that he would like <br />to see a restrictive covenant attached to the deed stating that a <br />house would not allowed to be built on the land located in Hugo. <br />Motion made by McAllister, seconded by Peloquin, that the Planning <br />Commission recommend to the City Council that they notify Grant <br />Township that the City of Hugo has no objection to the issuance of <br />a Building Permit for a residence in Grant Township and combining the <br />acreage in Hugo and acreage in Grant Township - 5 acres or more. <br />Portion of Hugo not to be used as building site. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />JACK LYSNE - FARM SITE PLAN <br />Motion made by Peloquin, seconded by Hanson, to add Jack Lysne to the <br />agenda for all purposes required. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />Mr. Lysne owns 5 acres along Greene Avenue, and requesting authorization <br />to construct a 30 x 48 pole barn to be used for storage. A site plan <br />was submitted to the Commission. The building will be located appro- <br />ximately 100' from Oneka Lake Boulevard. <br />
