Hugo Planning Commission <br />June 27, 1979 <br />Page 2 of 5 <br />LAWRENCE JASINSKI - REZONING <br />Building Inspector, Tom Crever, reviewed the perc test submitted by Jasinski. <br />Crever stated that he would like to see two more perc tests and two soil <br />borings taken on the property. The Planning Commission reviewed the Flood <br />Plain Map, Zone C. as mentioned by the City Engineer. They could not de- <br />termine, be reviewing the ordinance, what was required for Zone C. <br />Motion made by Greger, seconded by Houle, to table the request of Lawrence <br />Jasinski until further information can be obtained so the Planning Commis- <br />sion can interpret the letter of Howard Kuusisto in relation to the Flood <br />Plain Ordinance. Info to be obtained for the meeting of July 11, 1979. <br />A professional perc test is to be provided by Mr. Jasinski on the property <br />to be rezoned. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />McAllister asked that the City Clerk research the requirements for Zone C <br />and report back conditions for a building permit relative to the new <br />Flood Plain Ordinance 153. A written report is to be provided for the <br />meeting of July 11, 1979. McAllister also directed that s letter be <br />forwarded to Dan Koehler regarding this request asking G!""to verify <br />the records of Washington County as to how far south Greystone Avenue <br />extends from 175th Street. Mr. Koehler is also requested to state if the <br />easement is public or private. <br />FRED BENSON - AMENDED SPECIAL USE PERMIT <br />Not represented at the meeting. <br />CARL SCHUNEMAN - MINOR SUBDIVISION <br />Mr. Schuneman proposes to divide land along 125th Street into three lots <br />of 10 acres or more. All lots have the minimum frontage on an approved <br />road. A certificate of survey, proof of ownership, and perc tests were <br />provided. McAllister stated that a Minor Subdivision was not required to <br />divide the property, and that the City Clerk can stamp the deeds. <br />Motion made by McAllister, seconded by Peltier, that Mr. Carl Schunuman <br />made application for a Minor Subdivision, when in fact, he meets all the <br />requirements for Land Division. The fee for a Minor Subdivision should not <br />have been accepted. We recommend that the City Council refund the $35.00 <br />application fee. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />GRACE DEVELOPMENT - INDUSTRIAL PARK AND VALLEY VIEW TERRACE (Disc only) <br />Mr. Ken Tschida stated that Axin Products, located in the Industrial Park, <br />would like to purchase an additional five acres so they can add on to <br />their warehouse. The present building is located on platted property in <br />the Industrial Park; however, the five acres Jif zoned Industrial but not <br />platted. Peltier advised Mr. Tschida that a Minor Subdivision would be <br />required. <br />
