He was advised to make application for <br />a Minor Subdivision. <br />Mr. Tschida asked if he could construct double bungalows in the SFU zone. <br />He was advised that it was allowed by Special Use Permit. <br />DOUG KRUSE - SPECIAL USE PERMIT <br />Motion made by Peloquin, seconded by Hanson, to add Doug Kruse to the <br />agenda. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />Mr. Kruse recently purchased the home of Lyle Fellman on Ingersoll Avenue. <br />He also purchased a 2J acre tract of land across from his home, and would <br />like to construct a 26 x 38 garage on that piece of property. There is <br />no room on his homesite to build the garage, and he would like to get his <br />cars off the street. The 21 acres is recorded on a separate deed, but two <br />different lending instituations are involved in the loans. Tom Crever <br />stated that the garage was a necessary improvement, because of the parking <br />situation. <br />Motion made by McAllister, seconded by Peloquin, to recommend approval of <br />the S ecial Use Permit for Doug Kruse, to construct a 26 x 38 garage on <br />the 2 acre parcel. The garage is to be placed 40' back from the existing <br />33' easement shown on the certificate of survey on file:. <br />VOTING FOR: Peloquin, Greger, Hanson, Houle, McAllister and Peltier <br />Motion Carried. <br />KOEHNEN CONTRACTING - STORING USED LUMBER (5361 165th STREET) <br />No representative at the meeting. <br />CHARLES BARTHODI - SCHOELLER SUBDIVISION <br />Cancelled. <br />WILLIAM CLARK - SPECIAL USE PERMIT <br />Mr. Clark is attempting to construct a home on Sunset Lake (Homestead Drive). <br />He has obtained a permit for construction from Rice Creek Watershed dated <br />May 8, 1979. The permit is subject to the following: 1) the drainfield <br />setback from Sunset Lake will be a minimum of 150' measured parallel to <br />the easterly lot line, and 2) the bottom of the drainfield trench should <br />be a minimum of 4.1' above the established outlet invert of Sunset Lake. <br />Mr. Clark stated that the property is not under the jurisdiction of the <br />DNR. He stated that since the flood picture of 1976, the culvert allowing <br />drainage from Sunset Lake has been opened.
