Motion Carried. <br />McAllister asked that the City Clerk be directed to contact Mike Panzer, <br />Hickok & Associates, and Robert Hamilton, Rice Creek Watershed, asking <br />them to comment in writing on the proposal no later than July 5, 1979. <br />A letter is to be forwarded to the DNR asking them for any further infor- <br />mation or comments they may have regarding this matter. A letter to <br />Howard Kuusisto asking for clarification on Paragraph 2, line 2, if <br />sentence should read buildable or unbuildable. Dan Koehler is requested <br />to submit a written report regarding this request no later than July 5, <br />1979. <br />CURT LEIBEL - PURCHASE OF TAVERNIER PROPERTY (BOAT RENTAL) <br />Motion made by McAllister, seconded by Peloquin, to add Curt Leibel to the <br />agenda for discussion purposes only. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />Mr. Leibel is interested in purchasing the Darrel Tavernier property..His <br />proposal is to construct a 60 x 100 pole building and increase the boat <br />rental to 20 boats. It was determined that Mr. Leibel should make appli- <br />cation for a rezoning from SFE to RB, because of the intensification of <br />the business. If the land is rezoned, Mr. Leibel would need a Special <br />Use Permit to operate his business. Mr. Leibel was instructed to provide <br />the following for the meeting of July 11, 1979: 1) proof of ownership & <br />earnest money contract, 2) detailed site plan including parking area, 3) <br />perc test, and 4) property owners name within 300' of the property in <br />question. <br />VERN PELOQUIN - REVIEW OF FINAL PLAT (PELOQUIN INDUSTRIAL PARK) <br />Peloquin stated that because of a discrepancy in the original survey, the <br />park will have to be resurveyed. He asked that the matter be tabled until <br />the necessary information is obtained. <br />indefinitely <br />Motion made by Hanson, seconded by Houle. to table/the matter of the final <br />plat review for the Peloquin Industrial Park at the request of the applicant. <br />All aye.
