Hugo Planning Commission <br />June 13, 1979 <br />Page 4 of 4 <br />to have written comments from Howard Kuusisto and Dan Koehler along with some perc <br />tests before the Commission would make any indication. The City Council is requested <br />to reaffirm their position on the requirment for blacktop streets for future sub— <br />divisions, including 10 acre subdivisions. <br />MISCELLANEOUS <br />Motion made by Peltier, seconded by McAllister, to accept the resignation of Mike <br />Gillen as a member of the Planning Commission. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />Motion made by McAllister, seconded by Peltier, to add Tom Crever to the agenda. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />Crever stated that Mort Hueber would like to construct a boat house on his property <br />located in Hugo. His homesite is in Ramsey County. If the land is on a separate <br />deed# Mr. Hueber would need a variance. <br />The people who purchased the Fellman property has purchased 2z acres across the street <br />from the house (Ingersoll Avenue) and is considering construction of a garage there. <br />He would need a Special Use Permit. <br />Mr, Bill Clarkq owner of Lot 59 Royalhaven Estates, has received a permit from Rice <br />Creek to place fill on the lot. Roy Schultz, DNR, does not advise fill because of <br />the high water. He said that Rice Creek had stated in 1976 that the lot was uribuildable. <br />Motion made by McAllistert seconded by Hanson, to adjourn at 11:17 PM. <br />All aye.
