Hugo Planning Commission <br />June 13, 1979 <br />Page 3of4 <br />Fred Benson - cont. <br />Let the record show that the only thing missing for consideration of the Amended <br />Special Use Permit is a perc test at the new proposed kennel location. <br />TIMOTHY WRIGHT - TWO MINOR SUBDIVISIONS AND VARIANCE <br />Mr. Bartholdi, representing the Wright family, and stated that Timothy Wright's house <br />encroached on the west property line. He would like to purchase a 15' strip so that <br />the house would be within the property boundaries. A variance to sideyard setback <br />would be required (10' requirement). <br />Motion made by McAllister, seconded by Greger, to recommend approval of the request <br />of Timothy Wright for a variance to the sideyard setback. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />Motion made by McAllister, seconded by Greger, to recommend approval of the request <br />of Timothy Wright for a Minor Subdivision to add 15' on the western boundary to an <br />existing parcels listed as an exception in certificate of survey on 121st Street, <br />that does not meet the minimum zoning requirements. All to become one deed. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />Motion made by McAllister, seconded by Hanson, to recommend approval of the request <br />of the seconded Minor Subdivision of Timothy Wright for the subdivision of the en= <br />tirety into three (3) lots so that parties can build single family housing units <br />as listed in the certificate of survey dated May 6, 1979. <br />VOTING FOR: McAllister, Hanson and Peltier <br />ABSTAINED: Greger <br />Motion Carried. <br />Let the record show that the City Clerk should be directed to not place the matter <br />of the agenda until the Butding Inspector states that he does, in fact, have the <br />perc tests for the additional lots in his possession. <br />KATHY LACASSE - PURCHASE OF LAND (Section 30) <br />Ms. LaCasse is interested in purchasing 10 acres in the AG district and 4 - 5 acres <br />in the Cons district to make one piece of property. The balance of the land in the <br />Cons district is divided by a road thereby creating the 5 acres. McAllister sug- <br />gested that Ms. LaCasse submit a plan of the entire piece of property. Mrs. Peltier <br />will inspect the site to determine what might be required. <br />BILL HENNING - DIVISION OF LAND (Hilo and 125th) <br />Mr. Henning presented the Commission with a concept plan for the division of 74 acres <br />into 6 homesite of 12 acres or more. A road will need to be constructed with a <br />cul-de-sac 700' long. Mr. Henning was looking for some indication from the Commission <br />as to whether they would approve the division. McAllister stated that the City <br />Council has made a directive requiring blacktopped roads for all future subdivisions. <br />Mr. Henning was not aware of this ruling.
