Hugo Planning Commission <br />March 14, 1979 <br />Page 3 of 4 <br />WILLI_ 1.1 TREPA II_ER - SPECIAL USE PERI:IT <br />Ehret had talked with Dan 7oehler, and Dan determined that the proposed <br />building tiroold not be located in the Flood Plain District. However, <br />after further investigation of the map by the Co�u.Qission members, it <br />was determined that the City Engineer should be consulted for his <br />reco;u:_endation. Special Use Permit would be needed in either case, <br />because of the SFU zoning. Ehret stated that a more detailed site <br />plan would be required, indicating the exact location of the building, <br />and the proposed use. Mr. Trepanier presented the Commission with a <br />list of neighbors stating that they had no objection to the construction <br />of the 40' x 60' pole barn. Trepanier stated that the building would <br />be used only for storage. <br />Tlotion made by 'cAllister, seconded by Peltier, to recommend approval <br />of the Special Use Permit for Trepanier subject to the location of the <br />buildir_,- as indicated on the Site Plan. The building to be used solely <br />for the storage of equipment owned by Jilliam Trepanier, and not to <br />be leased or rented, or to be used as a business. <br />McAllister withdrew his motion, Peltier withdrew her second. <br />:,lotion made by Greger, seconded by Peltier, because the Planning <br />Commission is unable to determine if the building would be located in <br />the Flood Plain, the r:iatta r to be tabled until the meeting of 3/28/79. <br />A letter is to be sent to the City Engineer requesting he make that <br />determination by the above mentioned meeting date. <br />All aye. T•Iotion Carried. <br />CHARLES BARTHOLDI - SUBDIVISION OF SCHOELLER PROPERTY <br />Mx. Bartholdi stated that Tverett Gallivan was the fee owner of tlhe <br />property to be subdivided, and Don Schoeller, the contractor vendee. <br />The land to be divided is in the SFE zone. Bartholdi stated that <br />that they would like to have the land developed with on-site septic <br />systems. A report is on file from Dan Koehler stating that the <br />developer will have to either combine lots or redesign the subdivision <br />to accorlmodate the on-site systems. Dartholdi was instructed to con- <br />tact the City Engineer in regard to drainage. Bartholdi stated that <br />they hoped to get permission to install gravel roads, but he was in- <br />formed that all subdivisions would be required to have blacktopped <br />streets, and some form of financial. guarantee would also be required. <br />RECOIJI-MNDATIONS TO FILL VACANCIES <br />The Planning Commission reconLnends Bill Ranson to fill the current <br />vacancy on the Commission. <br />Let the record show that the Planning Commission recommends Jim Metry <br />and Jim Houle for the vacancy to occur April 10 1979. The selection <br />is to be made by the City Council. <br />
