Staff recommends that the Council authorize the City Engineer to provide a feasibility study for providing municipal services to this site, and that expansion of the MUSA, to include the Peloqui.n Industrial Farb.:, be considered as part of the City's Comprehensive Flan revision process. Stolt man made motion, Barnes seconded, directing the City Engineer to provide a feasibility for installation of sewer, water, and paved streets in the Peloquin Industrial Park, including the businesses north of 152nd Street. All aye. Motion Carried. ADMINISTRATOR'S SALARY REVIEW Based on an Employment Aqreement between the City of HUQO and Robert A. Museus, City Administrator, Mr. MUseus was to receive a performance review in December, 1992, and subject to a satisfactory performance review, a salary adjustment on January 1, 1993. The City Council conducted a performance review of the Administrator on February 3. 1993, and received final report on the review from the City's personnel consultant for this issue at the Council meeting of February 16, 1993. Barnes made motion, Stoltzman seconded, to approve a 5: pay increase for the City Administrator, Robert MUseUs, for the year 199=, retroactive to January 1. 199:3. Motion and second were withdrawn. MISCELLANEOUS The City received an invitation from NSF' to attend the 2nd annual community topic program at. Ruberto's, on April 7 at 1C>:(*-'(-) AM. The Council received a report from Howard K:L-usisto regarding the completion of construction of the watermain and sanitary sewer in the Rice Labe Meadows subdivision. The City will need to accept these improvements to allow the Building Inspector to issue certificate e -of occupancies.
