Hugo Planning Commission February 14, 1979 Pave 4 of 5 GERALD DABS - SUBDIVISION Mr. Dabe was present and stated that the parties involved have come to a stand still, because financial arrangements can't be resolved re- garding the road. Ehret felt that the only avenue left to Mr. Dabe was to go to court, and file a suit against the ;°Teber's. Mr. Dabe requested that his name be placed on the agenda for the City Council to discuss this matter further for some possible direction. Motion made by Peloquin, seconded by McAllister, to add Regal Plastics to the agenda. All aye. Motion Carried JOHN MOORE - SUBDIVISION (Discussion only) Mr. Moore stated that he has purchased the two homes previously owned by Ida Molitor. He questioned why the pre-%rinus request to divide the lots was turned down. Ehret stated they were non -conforming lots. It was the opinion of the Planning Commission that creating two addi- tional non -conforming lots was not what they wanted to do. Moore stated that the green house has been brought up to state code, and is now a single family resident (previously a duplex). The white house has only about 10 years before it woul�/ unfit for occupancy. Mr. Moore was instructed to make application for & Minor Subdivision. REGAL PLASTIC PRODUCTS Nr. Richard Olson stated that he is requesting permission to construct a 5000 sq ft cement block building on one acre of land in the Peloquin Industrial Park. Peloquin stated that the land was sold two years ago by metes and bounds. At present, a hardshell is being drawn for the area and should be ready by the end of the month. He said that right now the land is landlocked,and a temporary easement would have to be given. In the future, Freeland Avenue will provide access to the build- ing. Ehret stated that a perc test will be needed, and also a drainage plan for the ground water. Mr. Olson will also have to provide the number of employess in conjunction with the operation. A copy of the proposed site plan is to sent to Howard Yuusisto for his comments for the meeting of 2/28/79. EV,RETT GALLIVAN - REZONING Motion made by Ehret, seconded by T"cAllister, to table the request and a letter be sent requesting Mr. Gallivan to appear at the meeting of 2/28/79 to state exactly what he wants. All aye. i'otion Carried. REVIE'T OF APPLICATIONS FOR VACANCIES Motion made by Peltier, seconded by Greger, to recommend approval of Bill Hanson to fill the vacancy on the Planning Commission.
