MINUTES FOR THE _CITY__ C'OL11VC I LMEEI" I NC4 CIF _AF'R T <br />The meeting was called to order by Mayor Stoltzman at 7:00 PM. <br />PRESENT: Barnes, Brunotte, Leroux, Miron, Stolt man <br />City Administrator, Bob Museus <br />Citi/ Attorney, Kevin Shoeberg <br />Citi/ Clerk, Mary Ann Creager <br />Miron made motion, Barnes seconded, to approve the minutes for the City <br />Council meeting of April 5, 1993, as submitted. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />Leroux made motion, Miron seconded, to approve the minutes for the special <br />City Council meeting of April 6, 1997, as amended. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />Stolt man made motion, Brunotte seconded, to approve the claims for April. <br />19, 1993, in the amount of $36,345.03. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />EX TENSION OF MUN I C I PAL ._ WATE:_F __ HALD -EAGLE _[ NDUS_I"F_I AL PARK) <br />A public hearing was called to consider a petition by property owners in <br />the Bald Eagle Industrial Farb: for extension of municipal water to serve= <br />their businesses. The estimated project cost. is $122,506, all of which .is <br />accessible against the benefitted property owners. Since the last Council. <br />meeting, Judd Jackson, representing both Judd A. Jackson, Inc., and (grace <br />Development Corporation, has added his name to the petition, bringing the <br />owners of 77% the front -footage to be benefitted by this project <br />requesting the extension. Eric Wharton, representing the City's <br />consulting engineer firm, was present to explain changes to the project <br />requested by certain property owners to be benefitted. the public hearing <br />was opened, with only one comment from Torn Emery, Wilson Tool, supporting <br />the project. <br />Leroux made motion, Miron seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION 1993-4, RESOLUT l 0,1 <br />ORDERING THE IMPROVEMENT OF 130TH STREET AND FARNHAM AVENUE_ IN THE BALD <br />EAGLE INDUSTRIAL PARK BY THE INSTALLATION OF MUNICIPAL WATER SERVICE. <br />VOTING AYE: Barnes, Erunotte, Leroux, Hiron, Stoltzman <br />VOTING NAY: None <br />Motion Carried. <br />RUF'KU (UF F ; APJGE� <br />Mr. Jerome Rupkus requested a variance to construct a pole building on the <br />street -side of his home located at 16315 Harrow Avenue North. Section <br />320-5, Subd. H(4) of` the City's zoning ordinance disallows accessory <br />buildings from being located nearer to the front lot line than the <br />principal building on a lot in an agriculture district. As Mr. Rupkus is <br />using his property for agricultural purposes, the variance may be granted <br />as part of his farm site plan approval. <br />
